The first group of students from the Surveying, Maps, and Geographic Information Systems Program at the Faculty of Arts, Tanta University arrived at Ras Mohammed Nature Reserve in South Sinai to begin the graduation project activities, which include conducting surveying operations for the Wadi Ardemia and determining traverse points using various surveying instruments.
A scientific seminar was also held to discuss the work accomplished during the first day of the graduation project, as part of the program’s commitment to applying the practical aspects of learning and enhancing students’ scientific and applied skills in the fields of geography and surveying.
The program administration extended its sincere wishes for success to the students, along with its appreciation and gratitude to the project supervision team and the Faculty administration, represented by Prof. Ahmed Abada El-Araby, Dean of the Faculty, for their continuous support and guidance.
The program administration also expressed its sincere thanks and appreciation to the administration of Tanta University, represented by Prof. Mohamed Hussein, President of the University, and Prof. El-Sayed El-Agouz, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, for their continuous and unlimited support for the program and its students.
