It is to be become acknowledged as one of the highly ranked faculties of art in Egypt and the Arab world, to be capable of competing locally and regionally, and to participate, with other faculties of art at Egyptian universities in improvement of personal experience and making connections with the world, the international causes and human goals.
The Faculty is committed to graduating specialists with high standard of knowledge in the fields of humanities, sociology and languages, as well as promoting innovation, acquiring scientific research and social skills in order to accomplish aims of society and address its issues.

A cooperation agreement was concluded between Tanta University and Sun Yanset University (Zhong Shan) in China to enroll students in training programs for one year with the Center for Arabic Language for Speakers of Other Languages.

An agreement was concluded between the University of Tanta and the Ministry of Higher Education - the Higher Education Development Projects Management Unit - to support and develop the educational effectiveness of the Faculty of Arts. The value of the support amounts to 2 million pounds.
The agreement includes the college fully implementing the rules and standards of quality, and taking all necessary measures to advance the college.
And developing it through the introduction of modern technology applications to achieve the most important outcomes of providing an advanced educational environment that allows the provision of educational programs that produce graduates with distinguished specifications that keep pace with the requirements of the labor market.
The agreement is valid for one year, starting from the first of this December, with the university’s Quality Assurance Center undertaking follow-up and technical support for projects, in addition to project management at the Ministry.
