The Faculty of Arts at Tanta University congratulates Prof. Abdelkarim Mohamed Jabal, Professor of Arabic Language and Literature at the Faculty, on the occasion of his honor by Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Prince of the State of Qatar, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the completion of the historic Doha Dictionary of the Arabic Language.

Prof. Mamdouh El-Masry, Dean of the Faculty of Arts at Tanta University, congratulated Prof. Abdelkarim Mohamed Jabal, praising his prominent scholarly role and distinguished participation in accomplishing this major linguistic and cultural project, which took twelve years to complete under the supervision of an academic council comprising twenty leading Arab linguists.
